Soap on a Rope AKA "Soapy" is the webmaster of The Daily POS.

Soapy's a really cool dude, which is good because he's the head of the POS and without a cool dude up there we'd probably suck a bit more. Soap is known for being really lazy, but nobody cares too much because we all know if we were up there we'd be doing even less. Which would actually be quite a feat.
