The POS Straw Hat Pirates are, essentially, a group of POS's eight biggest One Piece fans. Each of them has chosen a chacter from Luffy's crew that they will represent. The positions are little more than symbolic at the present time; it was perhaps originally intended that they would do roleplays and such, but unfortunately, romance has yet to dawn for them.
